our stay at residenz hochland was absolutely fantastic! the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even reserving a parking spot for our electric car. the hotel's location was perfect, overlooking the mountains and just a short walk to the town center. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the food was delicious. we also loved the availability of bicycles and eBikes for hire. highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel is conveniently located overlooking the beautiful mountains and just a short walk to the town center. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was impeccable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were vacuumed every day. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views from our large double room with a spacious balcony. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The hotel is situated in a spectacular location with stunning views of the mountains. It is also conveniently located near the town center. The spacious rooms provide balconies with great views and are cleaned daily. The service provided is exceptionally friendly and staff is accommodating to guests’ needs. Breakfast and dinner are diverse with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also provides amenities such as a large swimming pool, free cycle hire, and moderately priced drinks.
Although not all restaurants offer tap water at the table, this hotel does not have a free refill policy for water.

The hotel felt outdated and the rooms were not very clean. The bathroom was old and needed updating.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with great views of the mountains. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and the staff were accommodating. It was easy to walk to the town centre and there was ample parking space for electric hybrid cars. The availability of cycles and eBikes for rent at reasonable rates was a plus.

Great Ski-In/Ski-Out Location & Amazing Mountain View
We spent New Year’s Eve at this hotel and enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out location right next to the nursery slopes. The view of the mountains from the hotel was amazing. The swimming pool was also a nice added touch.
The staff, although helpful at times, were often impolite and not very accommodating. They made us feel like an annoyance rather than valued guests.
